14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All customers are entitled to a no-questions-asked refund within the first 14 days of receiving their product. Here's how it works:
1. Full Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery to receive a full refund, minus any shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, unless the shipping was delayed or canceled. The product must be returned in its original condition.
2. Partial Refunds:
- Incorrect Size/Color/Product: If the incorrect item was shipped to you, we offer two options:
- Receive a replacement shipped at no additional cost.
- Opt to keep the incorrect item and receive a 60% refund of your purchase price.
- General Returns: If you choose to return the item for reasons other than defects or incorrect shipment, you can send it back to us for a 90% refund. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
14-Day Size Exchange Program
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging. Therefore, we offer a size exchange within 14 days of delivery:
- If you encounter a sizing issue, notify us, and we will ship a replacement in a different size.
- You can choose to keep the original item or return it. If you return it, the same conditions apply: You will receive a 90% refund and be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all creation of shipping labels unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item was delayed or shipping was canceled.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to return or exchange an item:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team via email within 14 days of delivery. DO NOT DM US ON INSTAGRAM. We do not open DMs regularly and your request will not be seen there.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the issue, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Use this RETURN FORM in your return.
3. Ship the Item Back: If returning an item, send it to our return address in its original condition.
4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or send out the exchange as per your preference.
