EDITING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
You may edit or cancel your order manually within 48 hours of when the order has been placed. Once fulfilled and shipped, edits and cancellations on orders cannot be done manually.

To edit or cancel your order, head to the bottom of your order confirmation email and select "Edit or Cancel Order"

If the timeframe has passed and your order has not yet been shipped and fulfilled, you may email us at, contact@kaedegardens.com to request and edit or cancel your order.

ORDERS
With an increase of chargeback fraud, all orders that are labeled and categorized as high-risk in our system will be contacted to confirm their order information or will have to wait until a specific time until their orders are processed and shipped. To avoid this, please make sure your billing address/zip code is correct.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you've been given your tracking number via email, enter your tracking at https://parcelsapp.com/ to check the status of your order.

Order → Payment confirmation → Our order → Overseas shipment → Domestic shipment → Arrival

CARE INSTRUCTIONS (WASHING AND DRYING)
For all clothing (tops and bottoms), please use a gentle cleaning style; wash in cold water with a gentle/low spin, and air dry after washing. Do not tumble dry or bleachAny other way may damage the fabric or designs. As with usual washing routines, separate light and dark colors and wash them separately.
